Special postmarks of PNG
A collection of PNG special postmarks - used at temporary post offices - is very attractive. The designs of these date stamps are varied and there is only a limited number of them. Special postmarks have to be distinguished from First Day Postmarks, which will be dealt with later. Special postmarks were used at special temporary post offices.
Registered mail with special postmarks is scarce, as are dates after the first day of issue.
