Rigo

The post office at Rigo opened February 25, 1946, using the Relief date stamp N° 2. The normal date stamp came into use in June 1946. In the early days Rigo did not have any registration labels as these were added at the Port Moresby post office.

Beginning August 24, 1946, Rigo received its own registration labels.
